Eden and Strathtryrum tournaments qualifying10/08/2010

The second qualifying rounds for the Eden and Strathtyrum tournaments were played on the Eden and New courses today.

In the Eden Tournament, Oliver Huish from North Berwick led the way on 137 after a one under par 70 on the New Course. Tai Yasuda from Pennard near Swansea came in with a two under par 69 to sit on 141, level with Steve Dixon from Holme Hall. Two shots further back after a 72 was Andrew Laurence from Baberton and on 145 after a level par 71 was Frazer Blyth from Monifieth.

On the Eden Course the leader was Nicholas Pomeroy from Ross on Wye on 151, one shot clear of Adam Smith from Padeswood and Buckley and Barry Ford from Glen. Simon Whitehall and Dave Green from The Vale and Wesley Ralph from Puckrup Hall were one shot further back.
