Congratulations to Iain Donald of St Andrews who had a hole-in-one on the 12th of the Old Course yesterday. The par 4, 316-yard hole proved no problem for Mr Donald, a member of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, who was playing with fellow members, Eric Thain and Arthur Morris. The golfers in the game ahead were putting out when Mr Donald's ball rolled across the green and into the hole. A heroic shot - but is it unique?
