Links Trophy 2006 underway

One of the world's top amateur strokeplay events, the St Andrews Links Trophy, started on the New Course at 07.00 today. Early starter Nigel Edwards set the pace with a seven under par 64.
Oliver Fisher lies second on 66, with Elliot Saltman, Lawrence Dodd and Keir McNicoll two strokes further back.
