Junior Schools

St Andrews Links Golf Academy instructors teach many top junior players, but also help introduce golf to juniors wanting to start the game of golf.  Our aim is to deliver informative and fun sessions to the golfers of all ages and abilities.

Junior Development Programmes – 3 & 2 Day Schools Goals
The Junior Programme will establish sound fundamentals / technique and provide the player with an ideal base from which to grow into the complete player. Here we will work on more advanced techniques which will also allow the player to understand their own personal swing. The programme will be focused on having fun in a positive learning environment.  Many of the practice activities will include games and competitions to make the learning process more enjoyable and increase the players understanding of the game.  In addition, we strive to build character, instill discipline and develop self-esteem so that our players are better equipped to deal not only with the pressures of golf, but with life itself.

•    Short game
•    Trouble shots
•    Woods
•    Skills enhancement
•    Short game
•    Video analysis

Goals
The Schools are designed for the junior player who is looking to improve, and is willing to put in the hard work required to get to get / reduce their handicap.
A large proportion of the programme will be group coaching but it will include individual one-on-on coaching, including detailed computer analysis. This will educate the player on their level, so they can fully understand why, and what to look for when they are not playing their best. We are aiming for all the students to achieve handicap, or see significant improvements on their current one; this can only be achieved if the player shows the right attitude, temperament and of course hard work.
Personal practice is a must to ensure improvement.

Three Day Schools - £85 
18th/20th July 9am - 12pm
30th July - 1st August 9am - 12pm
6th/8th August 9am - 12pm
