Clubhouse Facilities: The Eden Clubhouse is open to the public and available for use by competitors and their families.
Practice rounds: The Strathtyrum Course is available for official practice from 12.32 – 3.36 pm on Sunday 5 August. Practice times (for competitors only) can be reserved by telephoning 01334 466618 / 466713 between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
St Andrews Links Golf Practice Centre and Golf Academy: The driving bays and short game area will be open from 6.00 am on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 August, from 7.00 am on Wednesday 8 August and from 5.45 am on Thursday 9 August.
Registration: Competitors are requested to register at the Tournament Office located at the 1st tee, Eden Course, on Sunday 5 August between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. If you are unable to register in person, please ‘phone 01334 466725 on 5 August prior to 2.00 pm to confirm your place in the Tournament. You should then register at least 40 minutes prior to your starting time on Monday 6 August. A current handicap certificate must be produced at registration.
Caddies: Caddies are not permitted.
Barbecue: All competitors are invited to attend a courtesy BBQ on Monday 6 August at the Eden Clubhouse while the draws for the match play stages are being finalised. Competitors will be issued with a BBQ voucher at Registration. Additional vouchers may be purchased for £15.00 each.
Trolleys: Manually operated wide-wheeled trolleys will be available foc. Alternatively, there is a limited supply of battery powered trolleys (£15) and you may pre-book one. Please note they will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Distance Measurement Devices: These will be permitted (only measuring distance).
Late Call-Off Procedure: In the event of late withdrawal from the event, players must notify the Tournament Office by Friday 3 August – please telephone 01334 466618.
