St Andrews Links is the venue for competitions ranging from The Open Championship, the most prestigious title in world golf, to the Dunhill Links, the richest prize in Europe, through to the Links Trophy, Europe's top amateur strokeplay tournament, but there are also annual tournaments held for juniors and club golfers. With all six courses used for competitions and leisure play, St Andrews Links caters to everyone from the world's best players to the absolute beginner.

St Andrews Links also hosts a range of special events throughout the year at the Links and Eden Clubhouses, both fully open to the public.
