Low Season begins at the Links
St Andrews Links begins its low season today. The Old Course green fee is £56, while the other courses can be played for between £7 and £27 for adults and between £2 and £13 for juniors.

Colin Montgomerie today shot 65 on a blustery Old Course to earn a share of the course record set at The Open by David Frost. He later praised the 'incredible' condition of the links. Colin leads by one on 9 under par.
