Golfers'
Survey 2003
A
short survey was sent to every golfer who booked in advance through
St Andrews Links Trust to play on one or more of the Links courses
during 2003 - around 7000 golfers.
Golfers
were asked to rate various aspects of their visit as either eagle
(very good), birdie (good), par (OK) or bogey (needs improving).
They were also asked how important each aspect was.
We
had a 10% response rate and, as customer service is a high priority
at the Trust, the results listed below will be used to work towards
improving the golfers' experience.
