Please include the reason for return, a copy of the receipt, the order number, your name, address, a daytime telephone number and an email address. Exchanged items will be returned to you in the timescales detailed in "Delivery" above. Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.
